Pamella B. Gesell
Pam is a lifelong resident of St. Augustine; she is a Florida Licensed Title Agent and the Owner of Paradise Title and has over 30 years of experience serving the Title needs of the realtors, lenders, buyers and sellers since 1984. Studying Accounting at St. Johns River CC gives her a great understanding of the financial aspects of the closing process. Her years as a Closing Agent have exposed her to almost every type of transaction and the many different situations that can occur. This experience is what helps her navigate the closing process with minimal delays or last minute stresses.
